Hob Hurst's Fell Race is a new but traditional fell race in the Peak District this summer, which took place for the first time in 2018.

Starting and finishing in Beeley on the edge of the Chatsworth Estate, the race will climb up through Hell Bank Plantation and across the high moorland to reach the historic Hob Hurst's House. Competitors will then enjoy a long and fast descent back to the village via Beeley Hill top.

The race, which kicks off our Peak District Trail Running Weekender, will operate in accordance with UK Athletics rules under Fell Running Association License [applied for]. 'Runners' Rules' for Fell Races can be found here.
