bRUNch Club @ #RUNWALKTALK

bRUNch Club is our regular weekday morning off-road outings on scenic trails at a relaxed 'chatty' pace.

This week we'll be going off piste from our regular rotation of venues as bRUNch Club will be held in conjunction with the #RunWalkTalk event at Shipley Country Park.

As always the session will be as much about the mind as the body, and a perfect way to de-stress and connect with nature in some beautiful green spaces, amongst a friendly and supportive group.

This special event is free to attend and will be followed by a gathering in the park with conversation and free refreshments for all.
