COMMUNITY GROUP MENTOR
Supporting Jog Derbyshire and other community groups in their mission to get people outdoors, active and living their best lives!
Permanent, part time (18.5 hours per week)
£24,000 per year (pro-rata)

We're looking for a Community Group Mentor to be the driving force behind supporting and enhancing community-based physical activity groups, including those within our Jog Derbyshire network.

What You'll Be Doing:
No two days will look the same.
You'll spend your time in the community visiting groups, offering training and mentoring whilst capturing brilliant ideas and best practices to spread across the network. You will be actively supporting group leaders to deliver safe, enjoyable and engaging activities that leave a positive lasting impact.

You'll be the guiding light for new leaders, and foster collaboration and mutual support among existing groups. Empowering them to evolve and thrive, for the benefit of all participant - both existing and new.

When you're not out and about, you're likely to be creating content to share on-line to inform and inspire members of our community.

How you’ll be rewarded:
As well as having an exciting opportunity to help shape the way we support our community going forward, a salary of £24,000 per annum awaits for this part time role (£12,000 per annum pro-rata based on 18.5 hours per week).
The working hours are flexible and, given the nature of our work, a proportion will be evenings and at weekends.
