Taking in the trails through and around the Forestry England woodlands; Poppy Wood and Robin Wood. Whilst dusk sets in we'll enjoy this opportunity to explore and soak in our surroundings.

Distance: Jog group - 5.1 miles

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

We'll be meeting at 6:45pm ready for a prompt 7:00pm start. Full meeting details will be included in the confirmation email after booking.
