We'll be exploring the trails around Smisby; both groups will also take in Cliftonthorpe, near Ashby de la Zouch.

Distance: Jog group - 6.4 miles / walk group - 4 miles

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 13:15pm ready for a prompt 1:30pm start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
