At this session there is a jog group which will cover 5.5 miles and a walk group which will cover 4 miles. Please note that distances are approximate. For both groups, we'll be meeting at 10:15am ready for a prompt 10:30am start. Exact meeting location will be sent in your confirmation email after booking. 

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.
