We'll be exploring fabulous trails, with opportunity afterwards - should you wish - to visit the Abbey and purchase some of their Trappist Ale, Tynt Meadow, brewed at the Abbey.

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

We'll meet at 13:15 for a prompt 13:30 start.
