For this 'sunset special' event there is the option of a jog of around 5-miles or a walk of around 3-miles.  It will get dark before the end of the jog/walk, so participants must bring a suitable torch. This must be a head or chest mounted torch if jogging. For those walking a hand held torch is okay if you do not have a head/chest torch. 

Meeting point is Jackson's Bank car park, which is on the north side of the minor road that runs between the A515 Newchurch and Hoar Cross (Google maps https://goo.gl/maps/R5ZMs7EKTjMJxqP2A / What3Words: https://w3w.co/bagpipes.rehearsal.recently ). Please note the post code will not take you to the exact location, so it is better to use Google maps or What3Words).

Parking is free at Jackson's Bank but please note that there are NO PUBLIC TOILETS at this location. Please ensure you go before arriving. 

Our #trailtherapy runs and walks are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.
