Our ever popular Halloween event is on again this year based from Ticknall.  

As well as taking part in a spooky 6-mile jog or 4-mile walk on the trails, there will be the opportunity to join us for some tasty food afterwards in our pop-up restaurant inside the village hall.  

It will be dark during this jog/walk, so participants must bring a suitable torch. This must be a head or chest mounted torch if jogging. For those walking a hand held torch is okay if you do not have a head/chest torch.

Spooky attire is encouraged although not complusory. 

Our #trailtherapy runs and walks are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.
