Bradgate Park is a public park in Charnwood Forest, in Leicestershire. The name Bradgate is thought to derive from Norse or Anglo-Saxon, meaning "broad road" or "broad gate" respectively. Why not join us for a lovely Autumnal walk or jog in the fabulous Bradgate Park?

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.
