For this event there is the option of a 5-mile jog or a 3-mile walk. 

Our #trailtherapy runs and walks are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

These events are FREE but you are welcome to make small donation to help us help more people in the community gain the benefits of trail therapy.  Enter £0 for your free place below or the amount you wish to donate. Please meet in the car park near the Marina Tea rooms. On entering the Marina area turn left into the car park just before the 'Waterfront' restaurant.
