For this event there is the option of a jog or walk of around 3.75-miles to visit the highest point in Leicestershire.  (NOTE: This is around a mile longer than originally advertised to enable a more suitable meeting and parking location - the additional distance is a long a largely flat trail).

Our #trailtherapy runs and walks are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.
