RUN FOR THE TREES SPECIAL - Please note that if you are not taking part in Run for the Trees, you are still very welcome to join this session. If you have entered Run for the Trees 2024 you can join this event for FREE by entering the unique discount code (emailed to you) at check-out. 

At this session we'll cover 5km at a steady, chatty RIKING pace, which means we'll be mostly hiking, with bursts of jogging when the terrain and conversation allows. This gives us plenty of opportunity to soak in the atmosphere on the trails, which can feel very different in the dark. The only PR (or PB assuming you’re not American) we'll be going for is how many smiles per mile we can get in! 

On this guided event we will use our suggested route for the PR pr virtual event in the Run-Forest Race Series, so it's an opporuntity to log a virtual race too if you're taking part in Run for the Trees. 

This session is ideal for those new to running and hiking on the trails in the dark. 

Please note: A good quality head or chest torch will be required to take part.
