RUN FOR THE TREES SPECIAL - Please note that if you are not taking part in Run for the Trees, you are still very welcome to join this session. If you have entered Run for the Trees 2024 you can join this event for FREE by entering the unique discount code (emailed to you) at check-out. 

At this session there will be a jog group and a rike group (mostly hiking with bursts of running). Both groups will cover approximately 5 miles.

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting in the car park near Marina Tea rooms at 8:45am, ready for a prompt 9:00am start.
