RUN FOR THE TREES SPECIAL - Please note that if you are not taking part in Run for the Trees, you are still very welcome to join this session. If you have entered Run for the Trees 2024 you can join this event for FREE by entering the unique discount code (emailed to you) at check-out. 

At this session there is a jog group which will cover 5.5 miles and a walk group which will cover 3.2 miles. Please note that distances are approximate.

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 18:15pm ready for a prompt 18:30pm start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking. 

Please note that a good quality head-torch / chest-torch will be required.
