Distance: Jog - 7 miles  / Walk - 4 miles

Both the jog and walk groups will explore beautiful trails.

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 6:15pm ready for a prompt 6:30pm start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
