We'll be exploring the trails around Measham. Both the jog and walk groups will venture through various new wooded areas such Gilwiskaw Valley woods and Stoney Flatts wood, using old railway lines that have been coverted to trails for all to enjoy.

Distance: Jog group - 7 miles / walk group - 5 miles

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 12:15pm ready for a prompt 12:30pm start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
