At this session there is a jog and walk group. Both groups will hit the trails and explore some local points of interest including the Swannington Incline and Hough Mill windmill.

Distance: Jog group - 5.3 miles / walk group - 3.7 miles

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 10:15am ready for a prompt 10:30am. start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
