Join us for a relaxed guided jog or walk in wonderful surroundings, fantastic for your mental wellbeing as well as your physical health.

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 9:45am ready for a prompt 10:00am start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
