Distance: 5 miles taken at a leisurely pace. Option to jog or walk. 

A (very) early morning jog or walk by the water at dawn. Watch the sunrise, hear the dawn chorus and hopefully witness an abundance of wild life.

Our #trailtherapy runs and walks are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 04:30am ready for a prompt 04:45am start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
