Exploring the trails around Branston Water Park on either a jog or walk!

Distance: Jog group - 7 miles / Walk group - 4.4 miles

Branston Water Park is a premier wildlife site in East Staffordshire, originally an open cast gravel pit and is now a Local Nature Reserve.  It is home to many species of plants and animals, both common and nationally rare!

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

We'll be meeting at 1:15pm ready for a prompt 1:30pm start. Full meeting details will be included in the confirmation email after booking.
