At this session there is a jog and walk group. Both groups will be exploring fantastic trails.

Distance: Jog group - 6.8 miles / walk group - 3 miles

Our #trailtherapy events are guided by our friendly and supportive team of leaders. We set a pace that is comfortable for everyone as the activities are more about enjoying the surroundings and the benefits to mental wellbeing than having a hard workout. Nobody ever gets left behind.  

For both groups, we'll be meeting at 12:45am ready for a prompt 1:00pm start. Exact meeting location / details will be sent in your confirmation email after booking.
